Sure, but China HAS been doing shady shit for a while now and not respecting our sovereignty. Not to count digital and industrial espionage on top of it.
I wouldn’t attack Sino Canadians over this though.
I’m sure they have. My concern isn’t that people know it happens, it’s that there’s an enormous and very loud sinophobic pressure at present, and it’s frequently used as a reason to ignore issues we have much more power to control. It’s very reminiscent of the second Iraq war online.
