HELLDIVERS 2 is currently doing really well on Steam with a ton of players, and initially it was quite a nuisance to get working on Steam Deck / Desktop Linux, but now it should run much better.

The game went from borked to working fine after the update according to ProtonDB. A lot of people suspected it would never happen considering the game has a rootkit anti-cheat, but this is good news.
