Calling all blind and visually impaired Mastodon users! I’m looking to switch from Inoreader to a self-hosted RSS reader to save money. Can you recommend any accessible options with robust features?

I’d love to hear about your experiences with:
• Screen reader compatibility
• Keyboard navigation
• Customizable layouts
• Mobile accessibility

Any tips for setting up and maintaining a self-hosted reader as a blind user would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your insights!

I use miniflux daily. Works with lire on iOS and Mac, and web access is perfect as well. Easy to install and configure, and supports getting full text of articles.
