Good news, but I will point out that the AIB SKU, PowerColor Red Devil, that they used for testing is top of the line with a price to match ($800 for the 9070 XT).

On some level all AIB SKUs with such a price markup should offer increased performance, stability and cooling (and not just some gaudy RGB).

With undervolting in particular. However, for heavy overclocking and increased power limits, you need 3x 8pin power connectors. From 2x you get 300W and PCIe slot delivers another 75W. Top end models when overclocked can pull over 400W.

Gains are pretty decent though, you can rather quickly gain 10fps extra which is quite significant and should be reachable even on 2x connector cards.
