This itself is pretty tautological to me. It gets filed under the same folder. My specific argument here is that people have a right to fart wherever they want (in private) and that the structure of this “Gas Station” takes that away at the convenience of the teacher.

There’s a condescension here that does not show respect for a person’s right to handle natural bodily functions in a neutral, nonjudgmental environment, which I believe is effected entirely by her position as loco parentis to the kids. Her objectiveness is compromised and her special relationship with the subject of her design (the “Fart Box”) has been detrimental to it’s end result / intentioned-use.
