It’s ridiculous anyone even still tries to reach binding agreements with him or reports his utterances as meaningful. The moment the experts even begin discussions about the consequences of his latest “decision” he’s already typing a “truth” stating the polar opposite.

This is a complete clownshow in which the only currencies are hard power, economic might and strong alliances.
