I think it depends on the doctor, and depends on the area. In illegal states, the doctors are going to be inclined to not rock the boat.

I’m in a legal state, and my doctor’s completely cool with my cannabis use.

I’m tending to grind only enough for a couple hits (using dry-herb-vapes, so like a nugget of flower.) The rest I keep in my little tupperware with Boveda packs to fix the humidity.

I live in a pretty arid locale, so it’s amazing how fast my weed drys out too much and loses its terps.

I vary, but often I do five-second holds. Not so long that I completely asphyxiate myself, but I’m a bit skeptical of the idea that THC absorbs instantaneously the instant it enters the lungs. Takes a small amount of time, 5 seconds is plenty.

The stoners on Reddit got screwed - many of the weed subs got the banhammer, and the rest got NSFW’d because spez wants Reddit as G-rated as Disney for the IPO.

Had that happen to me a couple times, though it was a smaller sub, and the mods knew I was a regular. I posted, forgetting I was in one of those subs, to tell a right-wing troll what I really thought of him, and the autoban went down.

Though in my case, it wasn’t a big deal - I appealed, worded my appeal in a friendly way, and I was reinstated in 5 min.

I think in this case, the autoban was put in place simply because of the nature of the sub - it was a leftish political sub that got brigaded and trolled regularly by Reddit’s resident chuds.

Seeing that so much of the traffic on the big social media sites these days is bots, I’m thinking the day that bubble pops is close. Advertisers tend to get upset if they’re spending good money to serve ads to bots that will never buy anything. That, and ad-blindness like you mentioned, and blowback because ads are getting really fucking obnoxious right now. And with Elon’s platforming of hate, and Reddit’s nerfing of moderators, advertisers are going to see their ads displayed next to some nazi toxicity, and that’ll make them upset.

The advertisers will run their analytics, and find that the ads they’re paying for are doing less and less in terms of actually getting people to buy,
