Taking too much THC is very unpleasant and can definitely cause someone to spiral, but in moderation it’s rare. If you want to try it, I’d recommend no more than 5mg THC, ideally with CBD as it helps mitigate the anxiety, I personally prefer more CBD than THC but a 1:1 ratio is fine.
