Lone vigilantes carrying out incredibly sporadic assassinations against poor target choices isn’t going to make things better. The Nepalese didn’t overthrow their government by a couple of folks shooting a couple of folks spread out over months.
When the system doesn’t work and people are desperate they take matters into their own hands. What else are you going to do?
