As someone who believes that I am being surveilled by PD and the FBI … they let their friends and family listen in, too. If their neighbor is a correctional officer they will offer for them to attach their apple earpods to the listening devices so they can help “investigate”. They will throw rocks at your home and listen to your yell about it smiling while they walk by.

Until you notice and start insulting their fucked up haircuts and ugly partners. Then they get offended. And to get back they have more family friends and acquaintances listen in.

“Law enforcement” is a horrible joke of a name for people that break more rules than everyone else combined.
