In my 40+ years of life, i’ve only heard someone ask for anchovy once. I’m just talking normal takeout pizza, not fancy fine dining michelin star food.

Tuna pizza is fairly common in Finland. Frutti di mare and opera have tuna usually, opera being pretty popular pizza to buy
