I’m a man, have sit to piss for nearly 30 of my 45 years.
For me, 10 of 37 and counting :)
Wonder if the toilet design might also play a part.
If you’re in a country with a siphonic toilet, where the water level is really high, you probably don’t want to sit down and start dipping into the toilet water, and if you’re in a country with squat toilets, you can’t really sit on the toilet to urinate either.
ah yes, the arcane arts of toilet architecture!
Sitting while peeing is the future. Much more comfy and hygenic (at home)
Username checks out.
Was raised as a “Sitzpinkler” (OPs name checks out). Every time my mother found urine stains, we (3 sons) had to clean the Bathroom.
Standing is only for public or outside. If it’s your own damn home, take a load off while you’re dumping your load, for the love of life.
Yep, default mode for me too… at home.
NOT on public toilets though… I’m sorry gentlemen, I just can’t trust you all and feel safe that I’m not sitting on ten gallons of dried-up stranger urine. Public toilets are a stand-and-go every time.
It’s fine and all, but it can’t beat a standing yard piss.
Yeah, I have been made fun of for it, but taking a break to pee by sitting down and aiming down into a low water bowl is so relaxing.
Yeah, with a light tinkle, sure. But when power-pissing that close to the porcelain and you get the spoon-under-watertap-effect.
This is a real issue and it isn’t talked about enough.
Not a problem at my age. Come back in 20 to 30 years.
Yeah nah. As a big guy, I cant aim into the toilet while sitting.
What did that mean? How does that work?
I do it any time I need to do a stealthy pee or if things are hard if you catch my drift
AMEN BROTHER!
