You know, at least in France, that fridge would be considered part of the building and not a removable object, so it would have to be included in the sale (see immeuble par destination if you want to dip your toes in French real estate law).
I wonder if the same type of law exists in other countries.

That’s a surprisingly good fit. Did they build the deck with the fridge in mind?
I mean… it’ll be strong enough and won’t rot out for quite awhile, but the very least they could have done is line it up properly with the edges so you could still use it for storage.
And maybe paint it green to match the house. (Although I’m a bit concerned what may be holding up the house now after seeing that.)
