This is Blaed, moderator of !fosai@lemmy.world. I just wanted to let you know my main account ‘Blaed’ is currently banned. I’m not sure why. At this moment, we are flying into the unknown. Thankfully, I don’t think we have any bad actors at play here.

I’m almost certain I simply forgot to double check a verification email or something buried in my old email inbox (I’ve recently switched domains and hosting providers). I’m messaging the admins on this account to reverify myself and regain access to ‘Blaed’.

I have no reason to believe this has anything to do with the contents of our community or any wrongdoings against myself. I was surprised to wake up one day and see I was banned. It was more amusing than annoying, but I’ll figure it out. Don’t worry about it.

When I regain access to the account I’ll be doing all sorts of updates and content cycles for us to engage with. I’m hoping to get this resolved within the next week or so.
