I don’t think that’s how the scalies totally not rich people cosplaying as lizard people would get exposed and seems more like an excuse to give money to rich people but hey, the US would never do that.
Yeah, I’ve never gotten the impression that NASA really takes the subject seriously. I love NASA, and I don’t know if they are hiding something or just think it’s all foolish. But either way, they really don’t take any of seriously IMHO
NASA has always carefully crafted and maintained their image as totally competent and science-based. While UFOlogy is a genuine study, it also has a well-known crackpot factor, and NASA doesn’t want to be touched by that in even the slightest way.
