And why has no one made cheese from human milk?
Have heard of people trying it several times, but unfortunately it doesn’t work for some reason.
You can (or could?) get ice cream made from human milk (in NYC?), apparently, though.
To make cow cheese they use calf stomach, or whatever rennet is.
That part is often done artificially now.
So to make human cheese you need… baby stomach?
now they often use synthetic chemicals
