I’m playing Final Fantasy IX, a game I never finished back in the day. Let’s see if I can fix that this time. I tried again a few years a go but gave up at some point, I still remember some of the plot I’m seeing this time.
FF9 is totally worth playing back to back. I believe it’s the best entry in the series.
I’m aware that a lot of people regard it as such, that’s why I’m giving it yet another opportunity. I’m in CD2, I think it’s the farthest I’ve ever been and the story is intriguing but I think it hasn’t fully picked up yet. So far so good!
I probably skip april and play an action game, but if i’m in the mood, i probably start to play Chained Echoes.
Been playing Monster Hunter Stories 2 and am enjoying it greatly. Love gene manipulating my monsties
Finally finish FF7 Remake on my Switch, then I plan on giving Dragon Quest 11 a shot.
I’m gonna start the Trails series (again) with the remake of Sky Chapter 1. I played a fair bit of the original before but when I saw the remake announced I dropped it.
Finished Xuan Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains, which is basically Xuan Yuan Sword 3, originally released in 1999. Loved the narrative and the world building. There were some dated elements but game was fun to play.
Haven’t planned any JRPG for May yet though, but I do have a long list of them in backlog, so if I finish my current games soon, may start one of them.
Just started 7th Dragon III Code: VFD on the 3DS. Been looking at Monster Crown: Sin Eater the past few days as well, but considering finishing up a current game first before I get that
I had wanted to finish up Pokemon Crystal Clear before I started anything else, but it’s been super grindy in the run up to the Elite 4 (and I’m not crazy about the changes the modders made to that) so I had to take a break
I’ll probably keep on playing Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and replaying Persona 5: Royal, although I’ve been craving some PS1 era game.
