  4. Please don’t be rude or dismissive toward other members. Things like “I’m not interested in reading Lovecraft because of his horrible beliefs” are fine, things like “Only jerks read Lovecraft” are not.
  5. If adult or potentially harmful topics come up, please use appropriate cw tags near the top of your post. Things like sex, self-harm, assault, or medical trauma can cause adverse reactions to other users.
  6. Try to engage in conversation with others. Piggybacking or responding to things other people say can help build understanding and community. If you’re constantly changing subjects or posting random statements one after another, it may be worth it to make your own community.
  7. Please don’t use AI/LLMs to generate your responses. Come as you are.
  8. Please don’t advertise. It’s cool if you’re a published author and want to share your success, but don’t try to insert it into every conversation to increase knowledge about it.
