      According to some sources the people who have gotten sick must have caught the disease before boarding the ship, due to the long incubation time of the disease

      actually mice feces, most of the hantivirus are specific to one mouse host apparently. sin nombre, and korean hantavirus are the most prominent and lethal. apparently theres a different that is somewhat transmissible between people.
