The problem is permits and hookup to utilities. Can easily be 6 figures.
Yep, I was thinking if you’re getting a lot that is already set up for a mobile home then its at least comparable. But if you’re just getting some land, then yes for sure. Maybe if you’re doing this to extend capacity on an existing property. Then you’re running into permits and re-evaluations of property taxes.
