Really?? I found it to be so plain in DS3, you can run past all the archers… So kinda lame. But that’s just me… so much emotional pain tho.

Fair enough, that’s true ,/ds3 placement is so much more benevolent and in general the area is not that interesting, so I complain every chance I get. :P

        • I can agree with that if you’re not online/embered. However, the two covenants that get autosummoned there make it one of the best PvP areas of the mid game. Plus there’s also the two big lizard things down in the secret area so that’s where all the challenge went. :p

That makes sense, maybe one day I’ll stop being a coward and try my hand at pvp.

            the two big lizard things

100% that was some sadistic shit!

Yep. My gaming group will come back and race DS1 speed runs every couple of years, we started calling this the Londo Shuffle. You can full tilt past every archer in the place with one brief pause for timing, and one brief pause to make the one guy on the balcony gravity himself.

I play constantly embered. It was the constant invasions for me personally and I find running past everything less fun.

Oh I see (I never engage in PvP), and I agree.I just like it better when the level design forces you to engage more with the enemies. Here it just feels uninspired.
