I had one class where we had no lectures, no direction, just the book and an exam. Nobody responded to emails despite multiple attempts but at least somebody graded the exams. And of course sent an email once they were graded. It felt like a “fuck you” email not because of the tone but because it showed that the prof wasn’t dead and their email still worked. Now at least living in Europe that cost nothing but it still sucked
