Obligatory: Ranked Choice Voting is a specific use of ranked ballots, and it kinda sucks. You want Ranked Pairs or another Condorcet method.

Or just let people check multiple names. That’s called Approval Voting, it basically gets Condorcet results, and there’s no good reason it’s not the default.
