They suspiciously didn’t mention how much electricity it takes. And still requiring 200-300°C means it still needs some form of cracking facility.
It sounds like a bit of a dead end of they can’t fix the palladium thing. Too costly and Too few benefits.

They should check into rowow’s very simple and cheap ionic membrances made of water softner resin beads and pvc glue on a fiberglass substrate
