I think that Trump or Israel using nukes would make very clear the danger Trump continuing to be in power and Israel continuing to have power cause to the rest of the world, and it might be interesting to see whether the rest of the world acts on that, given that nuclear weapons are not the only hugely destructive weapons now and given that other weapons have significantly more precision in their actions.

There is no reason to negotiate with the US and let the US gain a foothold that the US can exploit to actually potentially force Iran to lose.
