This just reinforces my decision to have a non smart phone instead.
I’ll never be traveling to the US again. Lots of better places for this Canadian to spend his money.
Just disable the biometric unlock features. The password method still requires a warrant.
What happens if you forget the password?
No. They cannot compel you to decrypt your disk with a warrant. Because they can’t prove that you remember the password.
Bad advice.
Encryption on a smart phone is much better.
