    I hate this government for cheapening the notwithstanding clause and I hate that we haven’t voted him out for doing it this many times with so many failures at appeal.

    Even using it once should be political suicide, but here we are, suspending charter rights again.

    But hey, they just passed a law saying the government can take my house to build a road with no notice, so congrats freedom loving conservatives.

      Its made the notwithstanding clause have no meaning anymore. Its a violation of political system in Ontario. Nothing good is ever going to come from this goverment.
