Ideally Made in Europe not just a european brand.
My #1 is Mauviel, made in France, but they are very costly.
DeBuyer comes in as a very close second, especially considering their price point relative to Mauviel.
Fiskars from Finland sells red dot award winning steel pans with a 25 year guarantee. As a Finn I’m biased of course :)

Demeyere is made in Belgium afaik
What are you - paneuropean? Yikes.
I have experience with this brand. Top notch.
Produces only in UK, China and Korea. https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schulte-Ufer
Nothing against the first two on that list ofc
What is your problem with Korea?
Oh, sorry - I wanted to say no problem with UK and Korea, trying to avoid China due to human rights violations.
I can recommend the stainless steel pans from DeBuyer, made in France https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s2/product/de-buyer-pan-alchimy-28-cm-28-cm-frying-pan-stainless-steel-pots-pans-17734607
i use also a lot of their product for pastry, everything has an amazing quality and durability
Another vote for deBuyer, we’re very happy with their carbon steel pans and eyeing the stainless steel ones. Made in France.
Lots of choice here (they mention the country of origin): https://cookinglife.eu/collections/frying-pan-without-non-stick-coating
At home, we use the French made De Buyer
