I really wasn’t impressed with this one. The purse mystery felt a little underwhelming because we were given so little information about it, and the ghost mystery was really confusing for me because I saw the second doorway in the hall right away and then was gaslit about it when all the characters said there was only the one doorway. There’s not much to the characters so far either. It’s possible this will get good, but so far I’m not seeing it. I give the premiere a 2/5.
I agree about both “mysteries”. But I like the aesthetics of the show and feel like those to leads could develop a good dynamic. I hope those two were just introductory and the next mystery has some more meat to it.
