I understand completely the feeling of being in the right and continuing to fight for one’s sense of justice. But at a certain point of losses you should probably self reflect a bit, either seek counsel or suck it up and end the losses then try a different course of researched action to not dig yourself a deeper hole, maybe?
My pathetic excuse of a grandfather created an advocacy group fight on behalf himself and ‘others’ to get out of his red light ticket.
These people are so allergic to taking even the slightest bit of accountability that it will literally destroy them and anyone around them.
Even if he was in the right, it’s nearly impossible to win such cases.
At best you can work within the system to reduce the impact to you.
