But even aside from that, I can’t imagine Nintendo will let CryZENx continue this project for much longer. There are so many examples of fan projects that have been shut down.
I feel like if you’re charging money for a fan game, it kind of ceases to be a fan game. Legally speaking, this is a really stupid thing to do.
Not really sure what they are thinking? Maybe they assume the shut down is inevitable and they want to recoup some of their time spent before the hammer drops?
