    Distance where going 75mph vs 65mph is 15min faster:

    (d / 65mph) - (d / 75mph) =.25h

    75d / 4875 - 65d / 4875 = .25

    10d = .25 * 4875

    d = .25 * 4875 / 10 = 121.875 mi

      I was assuming the 15 time savings is two way, or else 120 miles one way is just insane and abnormal to expect from others. He can go cry me a river.
