Not really? He’s a non citizen that was smuggled in at 6 months. There’s 0 chance he was ignorant of this fact outside his adolescence. I don’t understand how American immigration catches so much flak when every developed nation on the planet has, more or less, more stringent immigration laws than them.
What do you expect someone to do in that situation? Sure his parents failed him but don’t you feel any compassion?
