There are a lot bad games out there, and not everyone likes every type of game. So try highly rated games from various categories. Just be aware that video gaming consumes a lot of time that you could use for productivity in other areas of your life. I play video games pretty regularly, but I also turn it off when it seems excessive.
I watched Picard too, based on the advice of a friend. It started out seeming pretty promising, and just kept getting worse, all the way to the end.
It’s not actually Star Trek, but the Orville is the best Trek that has been made since DS9. It starts pretty campy and stupid, but it gets really good! They back off the jokes and goofiness, and start making an impactful show after a few episodes. I may have fast forwarded through parts of episode two, but I’m so glad that I stuck with the show. You sound like your tastes align with mine, and I highly advise watching The Orville, and giving it a chance to find its footing.
Personally I think TOS movies are better than TNG movies, or at least the even numbered ones are. TNG movies are just okay, despite the fact that I love TNG.
It absolutely is not. Everyone is snarky with a bad attitude. It leans way too heavily into pseudo-science magical explanations, and it does dumb stuff like showing Vulcans (who only mate once every 7 years) laying around and making out like a couple of teenagers.
I would start with TNG, then DS9, then it doesn’t really matter after that. All of the other shows pale in comparison IMO. Be aware that quality and entertainment value is significantly better after the first couple of seasons for both shows. It took me around 5 times to finally get into DS9, and I eventually just skipped season 1 and half of season 2.
Edit: TOS movies are pretty good. The evenly numbered ones are great, the odd numbered ones aren’t. But they’re almost all worth watching. The first one is a bit iffy. The second, 4th, and 6th movies are classic Trek and really fun.
I used to have a VPN subscription, but most of the places I really wanted to block just blocked me instead. Lots of important services didn’t work, and it was a constant pain. So I just let the subscription expire when it ran out.
I’d bet good money that a skilled malicious actor could find out exactly who you or I am within a single day. Most people don’t even use anonymous email addresses, and any admin log showing their email address, combined with an IP address, would make tracking then down trivial.
It depends entirely on the tech stack it’s hosted on. If it’s hosted on an elastic server then it can support more people than there are in the world.

Windows Recall is Windows 11 only. Additionally the keylogging is far more intrusive in 11 than any previous version. User telemetry is not the same as straight-up spyware, which is what Windows has become.
Keylogging, and literally recording everything you do, then sending all of that information back to Microsoft.
This is why I shut automatic updates off six months ago. Yes, I’m aware of the security risks.

People consider it to be trashy, despite the fact that it’s actually helpful, and it tidies up the table if the waiter is busy. I think it’s considered poor etiquette because rich snobs would never perform the tasks of the paid servants. Those tasks are beneath them. So if you want to be seen as fancy, you need to act as if they’re beneath you as well.
I know someone who watched their coworker come into work absolutely hammered, sit at the front kiosk thing and yell at customers, piss their pants, and pass out. They didn’t have a job anymore when they woke up.
Uh… That’s gotta be the lowest possible profit way to steal someone’s credit card funds. She could have just spent the money on the cards.
Yes, she’s one of the main characters. She has a pretty interesting storyline throughout the show.
