I’ve heard of most of these aside from #1. Who the hell is Broken Social Scene and when exactly was it supposed to define my tastes?

Belleville has always been the anus of Ontario. I had the displeasure of living there during my teenage years. The population is an ungodly a mix of ass-backwards hicks and pearl clutching boomers with entitlement complexes.
Well that’s impressive. TIL
Yeah the admins are definitely fucking around with it. But why would anyone think trying to make a QR code on r/place is a good idea?
Great show but the queue (can’t really call it a lineup) to get in was absurd. We got there at 7:15 but didn’t get in until 8:00. I could see that the crowd behind us grew to the point that it began on the other side of Wellington.
Don’t shit where you eat I guess
Sometimes I miss being able to gild comments
I bet the troll farms still have full access
Why is a 1 year old post showing up in my hot feed
My dentist also told me I do a great job at flossing. I’ve never flossed or used a water pik in my life. I just nodded and quietly said “uh thanks”.
Nice! If they go on sale at Costco again I’ll probably give it another shot. I might’ve just got a lemon.
I had a Greenworks too. A 20v for one summer but the battery was shot after the winter. I brought the battery in before it got cold out too. Luckily Costco is awesome about returns. Has yours lasted longer?
I’ve only ever been in 4 rentals in my life but, yeah, that was pretty much the standard. One of the landlords left their lawnmower that we could use but it broke so we had to get a new one.
The prices in Carleton Place were absolutely asinine. I know someone that sold a 800sqft house built in 1912 that had the foundation sinking on one side for $350k last year. The whole house sloped so bad that you couldn’t leave a ball on the floor without it rolling away. It should be a teardown but I drove by it recently and the buyers are actually living in it.
Have you never heard of renting a house with roommates? Someone has to mow the lawn and it’s rarely the landlord.
Wow where did you find a used battery mower for $120? The cheapest on my local Kijiji is $450 for a 4 year old one. All the others upwards of $800.
Also need to consider that the battery is probably close to end of life on used mowers.
In comparison there’s 14 gas mowers between $0-$50 in my locale. Most of the free ones appear to be in working condition too.
