Le but de la laïcité, c’est de ne pas pouvoir imposer et dicter des lois/règlements/coutumes basés sur la religion. De plus, enlever l’emprise que les églises avaient sur le gouvernement.

Matériellement, une femme portant peut-importe, même si c’est un hijab, ne devrait avoir aucune influence sur les actions qu’elle pose. Si ces actions va à l’encontre du bien de la population pour des raisons religieuses, alors oui, vire la. Mais banir le hijab ne va rien faire concrètement pour la laïcité. C’est pour ça que les libéraux et conservateurs adorent cet enjeux. C’est du rien.

I had to use a liveUSB, as stated above. I completely reinstalled pop os. I had my home and my flatpak apps in a different partition anyways.

I’ll try. I was just scared that this was part of the update and that restarting my pc would mess things up.

Edit: took a little while, but i fixed it!

It seems to be loading. My computer only takes a few seconds to turn on. The terminal shows up and displays texts about blocks for a fraction of a second. Then the loading screen i mentioned in the post shows up.
