I put my keys and wallet on top of the fridge when I used to have to go to the office. When I first started living with my wife she move them for a week to where they were “supposed to go”. I forgot my lunch most of that week. I quickly established that the fridge was the “correct” location and generally never forgot a lunch after that.

I’m a bit late to the party here, but people really need to ease in even more than that if they don’t want to tear an achilles or hurt themselves in other ways. Think in months not weeks, focus on technique, you have to teach yourself to walk all over again.
Learn to walk around the house Then wear them a bit in your daily life Then longer walks, preferably on soft ground. Then start short runs or hikes Add km If you want you can eventually add weight.
I’ve never been a runner, but at my peak I was guiding hikes with a 35kg backpack in barefoot through rocky terrain. My shoe of choice is barefoot 95% of the time and has been for over 15 years, but go slow.
I’m kind of surprised. Every contractor I know who has them, loves them, saves them a ton of money.
So, while in the Amazon I asked my guide how on earth and animal so slow was not hunted to extinction. His reply “they don’t taste very good”
So, the question I have is, how can we help the postal workers and encourage the government to actually make Canada Post work?
L1 will give you the basics of what you need. Some companies expect that for lead hands and foreman but that alone won’t get you a job.
L3 might get you a job.
I’d go look at job postinga and see what they require.
If you already have a job, see if they’ll pay for it.
For work or personal purposes?

4·6 months agoIf I’m entering a place that has food of any kind I’ll just ask what they want, I’ve rarely been asked for something that exceeds $5-10. More often than not they eat, pack up their stuff and leave after that. They feel acknowledged, I feel good for helping and I also hopefully didn’t contribute to the drug issue.

I get my shots just about every year including this one. I’ve been sick 3 times since October. To be fair, I have a suspicion it’s been a mild case of covid, a rough go of the flu, and a cold. But fml it’s been a rough few months.
