Getting students to interact with you (the instructor) on ANY level is nightmare fuel for introverts. I say this as the instructor AND a lifelong introvert (when I not teaching my topics I love).

That’s the bots at work though. Create a circle-jerk of upvotes on certain topics with nothing inventive or new in between. I have yet to see a bot(like response) here. Most comments are well thought out. And the posts are pretty relevant and no ads!!!

Sadly those were probably botnets. If you pick on a subject, and there’s certain keywords there…boom brigaded in 30 seconds.

This describes me. So far it’s been exploring and figuring out how the fediverse works. But there’s a Skyrim “sub” and a Buffalo Bills “sub” and ones for tech and whatnot. So I’m pretty happy so far!
