If you’re just looking to get a salt water fish only tank, then there is no need to add anything once your tank is cycled and you’ve got fish in it. Just like freshwater, the types of fish you have dictate the level of difficulty in care. Just do some searches on beginner salt water aquarium guides and you should find a lot of results with walkthrus.

A $30 Under Armour water bottle, I bought the thing back in 2014 and I’m still using it even now. The push button latch for the lid doesn’t really work anymore, but it still has a lid lock so not really an issue. The thing has stood up to almost a decade of abuse and still works great.

Yeah I got shingles at the age of 42, apparently extremely high stress/anxiety can trigger it. I agree, that shit sucks.
This was my first thought. I know for me when I found myself feeling uncomfortable when an old song played on the radio or friends talked about past memories. Turns out I had a shit ton of unrecognized/unresolved trauma from my childhood that resulted in CPTSD.
