V wholesome. Hope it takes off :).
I’d put money on this happening. My mum and dad can’t wait for an excuse to put their trust back in the Tories. All it’ll take is a few headlines.
There does seem to be a lot of movement where I live just south of London.
I’d love better import and duplicate detection features. I might even wait to see what comes of this before I import the bulk of my library. I’ve already invested my Google Photos and my phone but the majority of that can be replaced by higher quality photos in my iPhoto library.
Yeah I’ve got Debian on the server and on my laptop and I don’t know why I’d want anything more user experience focussed. It just works for me.
Yeah I’ve got a t480. Sweet spot between upgradeable, repairable, affordable, performant. I’ve got a secondary NVME in mine for Debian. It’s got an internal and external battery. I replaced the thermal paste and the internal battery in about 20 mins. Very pleased with mine.
I’m moderately capable but a bit of a noob and oddly enough have a t480 with Debian and been trying to get hibernate to work. Did you figure this out yourself or was there a guide you followed that you might be able to point me to?
This is what I have and I was in your situation, op.
You know of Obtainium?
Mind elaborating on the rough cost?
Haha yeah the classic passive aggressive elitist response wins.
I have premium to deal with the backlog. Maybe it downloaded before I switched.
I use opensubtitles, and I’d love to but it’s not particularly easy to just get into good trackers.
Can bazarr fix this crap? I got something similar recently.
It’s cheaper to put in more self-serve checkouts.
100% this. I’m 38 and I’m predicting a crisis where my generation haven’t been cared for by their employers with regards to their pension, then the laws ensuring pension conts must be paid came in late into my career and were very small contribution defaults. Then with the high rent and property prices people are forgoing their pension savings to put into living or property early in life so they don’t get the compound interest through from early years. I keep doing the sums on my pension and even though I’m now putting 25% in and have been for a few years, it’s not like I’m destined to be rolling in it when I retire. Depending on the market (which I don’t have faith in either) I’m likely to just be able to retire pretty old and live modestly.
It’s basically the same yeah. Our parents bought their first homes for a fraction of what they go for now. Extortionate rent, mortgage payments (if you manage to get property), bills, transport etc keep the young poor unless you were born wealthy enough to get a big leg up and/or inherit.
Maybe you’ve seen the comments above but might not be the case.
I loved it when it came out.
