If he doesn’t need to divulge it, it’s still going to go close to zero because the market for that stock won’t hold if 60% of it hits the market. If he’s been able to borrow against it, he’ll probably default and leave his lenders holding the bag.

If he’s on any ballots he might well be stuck on them, but nothing stops him from ceasing to campaign and telling people to vote Trump.

The only issue with nationalizing it is that it will be probably even worse for moderation than under Elon. Private enterprises currently enjoy protection for moderation decisions. Nah. Decarboxylation is about transforming THCA to THC. THCA isn’t really psychoactive, but THC is. You convert it with heat, which if you’re smoking is fairly easily achieved. For preparation for edibles you may need to decarboxylate as a separate step, except with baked goods IIRC.

Isn’t delta-9 the THC that most people think of wrt marijuana? If so, my experience ranged from barely feeling anything, to a mild pleasant high, to so intense it was unpleasant. (In the last instance I was impatient, didn’t feel the effects quick enough and took more.)

Reading one piece of the Constitution or the text of any specific statute is kind of useless in our legal system. Other parts of the Constitution, the laws, and the case law that’s been established over centuries and decades also have parts to play.

This particular legal situation has been argued before, and it’s very settled law (at least for now.) Specifically, the 14th Amendment has been viewed to expand many of the Constitutional provisions that originally only restrained Congress to apply to the state governments as well.

It’s most likely to be slapped down in district court, slapped down in the appellate court, and then declined by SCOTUS.

From what I read last week, basically they were sending chunks of the video stream in a completely invalid way. Essentially saying a new chunk of the video begins at an earlier frame than the last chunk ended.
