I paid for AMdroid because I can set profiles, Geo fence, have math problems to turn off alarms, fade in music, turn on my flashlight… All the bells and whistles. I would love a FOSS version, but many try to be single feature. I like all the things.

Require every student to do 100 hours of community service every time one of these things happen, or they don’t graduate.
You only like the plain faces? Man. I used to take a soldering iron to the beat up ones so I could create mutants to attack the ‘good guys’…
You also probably hated the computer slant bricks too, or at least refused to use them on the outside of your spaceship… How boring.
Revenge Bedtime Procrastination
It’s interesting. Some seriously fragmented genre names. Not sure I agree with many of them, but I always like new music discovery tools.
I think I may have long COVID or something… I got COVID in November, recovered, then caught a cold in January and have been sick since. I just want to be healthy. Why do the stupidest among us have to fuck everything up?
Do you know what it is to garnish wages? They just cut a check to the custodial parent. The would be deadbeat grunt just doesn’t get his money to make payments on a jixer or Camero or whatever.

I think child support is already being paid as soon as she said she is going to divorce him. It doesn’t require him to agree. The military will just garnish his wages.
I think he may be technically AWOL, which probably complicates things… Not sure how that would work.
They will garnish your wages. As a service member you don’t have the same rights in court. If parentage is established, the military just starts sending a chunk of your paycheck to the custodial parent.
I’m not 100% but I’m pretty sure the army will make sure the kid is taken care of regardless. They don’t allow deadbeat dads.
Unless of course you don’t want to pull the paint off your wall.
Just use painters tape/masking tape. If you want to get fancy gaffer tape.
I’d be happy with 1.1x, 1.2x revenue. They would loose our on development costs too. The only thing not recouped is any gain in brand recognition etc. Make them send a message to all of their customers, and take ads out informing the public how they broke the law, misled them etc.
Honestly, I prefer this. An older car for dealing with shit in the sticks where I live, something easily maintained that will last forever (no battery fatigue). Then park it and use transit into the city.
I live near SF and when I go into the city (rarely) I take BART. I do not want to drive in the city
Have you seen paper made? There is a reason paper mills are usually on rivers.
Im not in charge of the checkbook, but I do place purchase requests. I also am in charge of reducing direct labor and know what our overhead numbers are. We are a small company though. It should be possible to reduce overhead in larger companies due to economies of scale, however, it is not always the case as the bureaucracies required to interface with the FDA are not trivial.
I was involved with a product transfer for a large company one time. Due to the small volume of the product and the complexity of Sustaining and reporting activities it had a 60% overhead. I did look at the books on that. While that’s an extreme case, I’ve also seen product launched with 40% yield. One device I worked on was a stapler for the heart. We had to load the tiny staples into the device, fire it, evaluate the staple formation, then reset and reload the staples. It had about 80-90% yield if I remember correctly.
These aren’t roast beef sandwiches. People die if you fuck up.
I work in med device, close to pharma, but a bit different. There is a lot of overhead. Beyond all the validations required for startup of each line, there is quite a lot of Sustaining work.
I’m not trying to defend this price, or the gouging that pharma does regularly. But I don’t think the $5 price includes all the overhead of the QMS.
wrap it through and around a ring magnet multiple times
You are describing an inductor not a capacitor. They can be basic low pass filters but I don’t think they will work in this case.
RIP
Really liked the fire upon the deep and it’s sequels.
Steam engines are ‘piston engines’ and they are pretty torquey, even at low rpm.
