I see this as a non issue since it requires physical access to the key and would require them to know your email or have access to your computer.
That list of people would already be able to access your key any time anyway so they wouldn’t need to clone it 🤷🏻♀️
hianime is pretty close, hopefully they add watch together
If they had full support for side loading, and supported the thunderbolt standard I feel most of my hardware problems could be solved with a type c case that’s adds it a headphone jack and SD card slot
My list of problems: Too expensive, no 3.5 mm Headphone jack, no expandable storage, lack of foss apps and stores like f-droid, and the lack freedom to install and do what I want with the device I payed for.
Like others have said use Endeavour OS instead of Manjarno
Specifically for Windows vms without a GPU passed to it, VMware tends to do a way better job at least in my testing
God I hope not, that would lead to awful battery health and lots of laggy interactions with devices over Bluetooth since the bandwidth for bt5 is 2 Mbps
I agree with this, for anyone at even a beginner level fredora is pretty great! I’ve used it many times for hosting servers, it’s pretty reliable and isn’t going away any time soon
First off you should take this to !linux_gaming@lemmy.world like @tal@lemmy.today said
Can’t say I’ve ever tried to use “remote play together” with a game through proton. Does RPT work for you on other games? And what version of proton are you on?
Pale Moon is the only alternative I can think of, it’s independent of Gecko and FF
Pale Moon is the only independent fork that I know of that doesn’t depend on gecko or ff
As if ms actually gives a shit about a change.org petition
I just said fuck it and run my own private invidious instance, it’s been much more stable and reliable than any of the public instances
I just enabled developer mode on my LG oled and installed the homebrew channel, it has a YouTube app with no ads
I hope this doesn’t mean they will be opening up the email addresses for use after they delete/clear them
I see this as a good thing!
The more Microsoft adds adware, surveys, and shitty requirements like tpm, the more people get finally fed up with Microsoft’s bullshit and finally switch to linux!
Have you tried proton 7.0-5? There was another mint user that got it working on protondb 9months ago
It’s always really interesting seeing how people can have completely different experiences with kde and gnome!
I have had nothing but a great experience with kde for years but every time I’ve tried gnome it’s always been a buggy experience!
I hope there are a few dank wallpapers for the meme
