  • My go is for the Buzzard, it would sure as hell make desert trips and heat waves seem a lot less worrying and paranoiac.

I’m not sure I understand that one. What’s the connection between buzzards and heat waves? Why do they make you worry? We have a ton of them in Germany, pretty cool birds and not dangerous unless you’re a mouse.

I guess if I had to pick one, it would be ticks. But I’d rather not remove any, because whatever animal you remove may have devastating consequences on the entire ecosystem.

  • I don’t know about Switch games specifically, but at least in the DS-era, there were test-devices that games would be put in by factory workers before they were boxed and shipped. So they probably would have had slight scratches even when new.

In the end though, does it really matter if everything was in perfect condition otherwise? If those scratches weren’t there in the beginning, the would be there after first inserting the cartridge into the console. I’d get it if it was about collecting unopened games, but them removing the plastic wrapping pretty much makes that moot anyway.

  • The ones mentioned in OP seem to be one user that is spreading their questions around multiple accounts, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if they’re posted at a rate that would be fine with a single account, and if they aren’t using more than one account in a particular thread.

I don’t think they directly interact with each other, but they do upvote each other’s threads. Example

Cheers for providing a different possible interpretation for those accounts. I didn’t see them comment on their deletions anywhere and as I wrote, my own attempts to reach out to them were only met with immediate deletions. It’s certainly possible that they’re human, even though I slightly lean towards the bot interpretation right now. Unfortunately, it’s just really hard to tell nowadays.
