Many people in the US are paid every two weeks, which means some months you’re paid more than others.
Yearly has become standard as is hourly rate, because one is useful for taxes and the other is often directly negotiated.

There’s a massive difference between an acoustically-optimized, AIP-capable Swedish submarine built thirty years ago, and what the North Koreans have which is basically none of those.
Also, while the Reagan itself was pretty new at the time, the Nimitz class was already a 30-year old design when that war game happened, and is now almost 60 years old as a class.
There are many cases of people being sentenced to death wrongfully. For that reason the punishment shouldn’t exist.

He is the governor of the state of Florida and a potential US presidential candidate.
Useful filters to get rid of him are: DeSantis, Rhonda sandtits, “pudding fingers”

Didn’t realize Lithuania was under 3 million. For some reason I had it in my head that they were closer to 4-5. Insane.
Define “conservative”
The owner of the website certainly has no reason to inflate their numbers…
Just look at how the EU government works, they ended up with a very similar system, just with a parliamentary twist. It’s a bit of a natural compromise when you have a bunch of nations with their own identity coming together to form a larger body.
The value of “X” has been repeatedly downgraded. It’s estimated at around $15b by fidelity. They’ve demolished their own brand by renaming themselves and how you interact.
This is before you get into the whole “twitter has been loaded with debt from the purchase of twitter and so is even more unprofitable than it was before” part of the debacle.
Exactly! It’s a giant lie I tell you.
It’s the same as when people in the states say “Wyoming (or sometimes North dakota) doesn’t exist”
I mean, have YOU ever actually met someone from Wyoming?
This is me. I’m this person.
I was able to get there via mobile browser. Reddit has said that they’ve been testing disabling mobile reddit for some people but not all.
Imo it is also a way to offset some of the losses of engagement they’ve been experiencing and show potential shareholders that they can still drive traffic instead of being driven by it.
Also many of the people complaining that their posts are being filtered are mods of communities larger than 50 users, one person pointed out that they mod two subs of more than 500,000 people.
So they lied while acting pretentious, again. To the surprise of no one.
I mean the creator of the movement back on reddit was literally anti-work. They went on to get interviewed on the news and made a complete fool of themselves and the people who had a much more well reasoned approach, causing a split into “work reform”/worker empowerment communities, which this one is more along the lines of.
They’re definitely not deleting that data. Just hiding it.
In the US this is called constructive dismissal. It’s a tactic used by employers to get away with firing someone but not getting hit by unemployment insurance payments.
The good news for workers is, it still counts as being fired and you still qualify for unemployment if you “quit” under these conditions.
