I know I am late here but I have quite the Christmas story. For Christmas I spent the holidays with my Mom. Over the holidays one of my mom’s neighbours tasked my mom with looking after her cat while she is in Sweden with her son for christmas. My older brother came down with two of his dogs which are loud and very big pit bulls. On Christmas day my Dad came over and got my mom and my sister a puppy (the dog my dad owned got pregnant and had puppies) so there was lots of loud animals around the house. For safety precautions the cat was temporarily moved back into my neighbours house over Christmas with me and my mom checking on him periodically over the next two days until my brother and his two dogs left.

I used to watch all their gang beasts episodes. They were amazing. Lovely to hear they are still around.

I do believe that people are ultimately responsible for their own laws but because of propaganda and misinformation by the capitalistic class they are rarely fully informed of the laws they vote for. The capitalistic class ensures to public are constantly misled so their candidates and lawmakers get picked. This ultimately sees the ruling 1% in control of the law and deciding what the state or country considers right or wrong. How much people do you think Biden really represents?

Yes. Laws can be changed but in reality but don’t really have that much say nor do they even pay that much attention. Let me ask how much people really vote with the homeless on their mind? How much people voted for Biden because they were genuinely excited for him or because he just was the only way to prevent Trump from coming back? The laws of the state are a reflection of what it deems to be moral and just there’s no way around that.

The law is a essentially the enforceable moral code of the state that enforces it. Most criminal laws were created to penalise acts that are considered morally reprehensible. I wouldn’t say the law is an afterthought around morality but a reflection of the morality of the state. The laws are largely written by the capitalistic class and are a reflection of what they consider right and wrong.

You mean in the middle east where women are basically seen as property in most of those countries. Literally not able to leave the house without a chaperone. I get what you mean. I am on the autism spectrum and I struggle significantly with socialising with people. You know I just find it difficult. And there’s no one that really reached out to me when I was a teenager. What broke that cycle for me was being the one who reached out and made friends with people other people never cared about. You know sometimes being the one that breaks a cycle like that can be powerful and it can even give you a stronger sense of self worth. But that’s just for me. It might be different for you because I am a very extroverted person I just really struggle with the making connections part.
