These MFS think acorns are gunshots. We cannot trust them to tell the truth about what the felt in the moment. It’s a problem whether or not you can sympathize with the officer.

A post on r/latestagecapitalism of a political cartoon mildly criticizing the spending for Ukraine war effort, it was the first time I really actually noticed a botted comment section. I noticed similar accounts clearly astroturfing the post and basically stopped using the platform that day.
The whole reason I found reddit to be useful was the discussion within the posts from real people with real opinions. If that’s no longer the case then I can get the same aggregated content elsewhere. I can’t use the site knowing the discussion is so influenced, at least on some level, in some subs. It’s gross.
Oh gimme a break. Those must be the same polls that showed Hillary by a landslide in 2016.
We act like these politicians are not friendly with each other regardless of D or R. Like they aren’t getting together in DC bars just like we do after work and joking around about the bills they blocked today or the votes they were able to get. They don’t care. They’re all on the same side they just have to appease different groups of people at home.
We have a long way to go, man.
Find a different team to support. These ones suck.
Wow we got a real activist over here trying to launder activism through comment threads, smh.
What an absolute child you are. Learn how to have a conversation instead of trying to feel better than everyone.
They’ve had 4 years. What is the Dems message at this point besides “not trump”? What do they stand for in this election? I get their emails the same as you everyday, they say nothing except “beat Trump”. We’re way past “addressing discontent” at this point.
People are frustrated, people are upset and the only thing the Dems have in 4 years is “at least we’re not that guy”. Is that really going to work again? I think the discontent is absolutely warranted at this point, my dude.
Why are you so worried about “spreading discontent” in a small community message board? Don’t get me wrong, you should be about this election, but don’t you think it’s a little late now?
Dems will lead themselves there, just like they did in 2016. Stop blaming voters for your party’s incompetence.
I mean okay but in 5-10 years these are going to be those older cars.
I’m not on here talking about the “change” I’m enacting by voting third party. I’m not pretending I’m doing anything except for voting for the candidate I believe in and I don’t really see why it’s such a controversial take on these boards.
Preach, brother.
I’ll exercise my right to vote for whoever I want. It’s honestly wild to have this argument with liberals every single year. The Dems don’t deserve my vote just because I don’t like the other guy and you aren’t going to shame me into voting for their guy.
It’s not wasted for me. I’ll vote for whoever I want. I don’t care if they don’t win, I understand the politics of this country, but I refuse to vote for someone I don’t agree with and who my values don’t align with. I’m not here to play a numbers game, that’s not for me to play, I just want to vote for the candidates best aligned with my views.
I don’t know anything about mech keyboards, but this showed up on my front page and it looks so cool. I have no use for one but I sort of want one now lol
I saw the Coachella lineup this past year and didn’t know 90% of the lineup. My back started acting up that day. I’m 33.
I’m not saying they aren’t playing games. They play games, they just only play the most popular stuff and anything else is weirdo shit to them. I actually think I work with some of the most normal people in existence lol
I’m 33 but most people I talk to in my regular life only play stuff like COD or 2k, maybe a big release here and there like God of War but that’s it. Most people aren’t playing indie shit or RPGs anyways
Kinda just feels like the subscription model honestly
