The 8/8/8 hours scheme is a lie:

8 hours of work + 0,5-1 hour break at work + 1-2 hours of travel from/to work + 1-2 hour household (cooking, washing clothes, grocery shopping, …) + 6-8 hours of sleep = 16,5-21 hours

This leaves 3-7,5 hours of free time per day.
