I game, I hack my electronicles with dodgy firmware, and I read books digital and papyrus.
Thanks for the heads up!
Content discovery is really easy for me on Mastodon, I can search for what I want via hashtag or a post, plus the people I follow and my followers always have nice suggestions. But if your instance has low federation, you might not see much.
I agree with the EFF’s argument. I also have no problem with the actions taken by that ISP.
I’ve been saying the same thing in multiple Lemmy posts and on Mastodon. Twitter and Reddit were both used by progressives to organize.
He bought it to destroy it for his Saudi backers. Billionaires like Musk and the Saudis make more money with Republicans in charge. Twitter and Reddit were too good at educating voters that would keep Republicans out of power, and hold murderous Saudi princes accountable, so they had to be destroyed.
Yep. Darknet Diaries, Cyber, and Malicious Life are all good.
Linux, I like my main boxen to be stable. Unlike my Windows game box.
No, and they never have to.
I grew up in New York city, and lived in the Bronx. Most of the people living there are literate in their mother tongue, less so in English. Is that what you were trying to say?
I don’t hate this.
Lemmas bread.
Also because the political leanings of the lemmy.ml mods offended a lot of former redditors, including myself.
It is, I just do it out of habit.
I live in Philadelphia and I always boil and filter my tap water. My mother did it when we grew up in New York, then my brother and I continued the practice.
I think this comes down to the difference in how you and I secure our phones. I get no tracker pings on any of my apps. Not even with that DuckDuckGo app running for an hour.
Based on your sample results, Connect isn’t the problem. Your phone seems to be horribly compromised.
I stand behind AntennaPod, it does what I need.
That comment seems to be an attempt at disinformation. I have not detected any of those trackers. You should also run your own checks just to be sure.
Tested Connect using three different privacy apps and none of them found any trackers. I don’t know if I can trust the source of that post. Instead of blindly taking my word for it you should also conduct your own tests.
No thank you, I’ll use Firefox instead. Brendan Eich the CEO of Brave is a POS, he donates to shitty causes and then pretends that those donations don’t define him as a bigot.
“In other words, because he silently donated to causes seeking to strip rights from minority groups instead of directly harassing them, the outrage was unjustified.”
