I have a Kbin and a Mastodon

I use Mastodon because there are accounts I follow that are pretty cool, like @lowqualityfacts who is pretty funny.

I use Kbin less because of specific people but more due to having different magazines/communities which I find pretty nice too.

Note: I’m not an expert on the topic of the UN or geopolitics

I use Ecosia, not sure if it’s the best for privacy but I think that it’s better than Google on that regard. They also plant trees so that’s nice.

you mean linux mint? it’s pretty good and user-friendly, also has a nice community from my experience. would definitely recommend.

i think it’s just that boost adds 1 reputation, downvote removes 1 reputation and upvote does nothing to the reputation and people tend to click the arrows more instead of the “boost” text

honestly i don’t even care about reddit anymore, now that i know kbin/lemmy i am never going back

it’s better to have a small place with nice people rather than a big place full of bad people

But the people here feel like real people, not people and bots who push agendas.
